Program Terms & Conditions dé VakantieDiscounter Approval of Transactions We approve transactions based on the transaction date and aim to do so within 30 days. Approval is carried out weekly, usually on Fridays, although this may sometimes vary. dé VakantieDiscounter places great value on the affiliate channel within its online media mix. Transactions are therefore only disapproved in the following cases: Invalid and/or duplicate registrations (within the affiliate channel and/or other online media channels of dé VakantieDiscounter); Cancellation of a trip; Violations of the program terms and conditions. Sometimes a booking is not only generated by the affiliate click but mainly through another paid campaign. If this campaign played a larger role, for example a non-branded search campaign, that campaign will be considered the primary source, and deduplication will be applied. This deduplication is based on data-driven attribution and does not apply to branded SEA campaigns, SEO traffic, direct traffic, or other non-paid channels (including email). To still reward affiliate partners for their contribution to deduplicated transactions, we do not fully disapprove these bookings. In such cases, the transaction is adjusted to 25% of the original commission value. In practice, this results in few disapprovals and a high average eCPC. Note: dé VakantieDiscounter reserves the right to review transactions that have already been approved, for example in cases of mass cancellations. Force majeure situations such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, and strikes are also included. Commissions As an affiliate partner, you will receive a reward (commission) based on the commissionable booking amount. The more transactions realized per quarter, the higher the commission. Three different tier levels are applied: Bronze (fewer than 100 transactions per quarter) – 3% commission Silver (100 to 499 transactions per quarter) – 3.5% commission Gold (500+ transactions) – 4% commission Tiers are reviewed quarterly. A new tier level applies in the following quarter. What is not allowed? Keyword marketing; Ranking on dé VakantieDiscounter’s brand name; Indexing pages focused on our brand name (no-index is required); Multiple pages/URLs per publisher about dé VakantieDiscounter (maximum 1 allowed). This also applies to combinations of keywords + dé VakantieDiscounter; Affiliate links from pages targeting our brand name. It must be clearly visible that a click comes from such a brand-name page. Transactions from these pages do not count for commission; Advertising on or using our brand name or any form of keyword marketing with our brand/offer; Iframing and/or scraping the dé VakantieDiscounter website; Typosquatting; Duplicating content (copyright applies to our website(s), even for short fragments); Using images and/or text from our website without explicit permission; Social media ads (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram) with direct links to dé VakantieDiscounter; Pretending to be dé VakantieDiscounter on social media or other online media channels, ad networks, or any publication format; Direct links in non-sponsored (organic) posts on your own social media channels. This is only allowed if it is clear that the link refers to a page on dé VakantieDiscounter’s website; Cookie dropping through excessive use of the brand name; Email marketing without explicit permission from dé VakantieDiscounter. When do we reject publishers? Get-paid-to sites, review sites, cashback sites and/or programs, coupon & discount code sites; Publishers who are actively reselling (package) trips outside the affiliate program; Publishers who are only active on social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram and directly link to dé VakantieDiscounter via, for example, Linktree.
