123Wonen is a nationwide operating rental broker with 26 branches in the Netherlands.

The campaign is intended to attract new landlords of houses. Landlords vary from people who want to temporarily let their house for sale via bridging rentals to investors with 2 to hundreds of properties. We would like these landlords to reach us. Please note: the campaign is explicitly not intended to acquire tenants. (people who are looking for a rental property) A good lead for us is a landlord who fills in all his contact details on the form https://www.123wonen.nl/verhuren.

Why the 123Wonen affiliate programme?

There are 800,000 private rental properties in the Netherlands. Once every 7 years the Dutchman moves on average, so more than 100,000 houses are rented out every year. Enough opportunity to set up a nice affiliate campaign.

What is affiliate marketing?
