Fees
Levels as of 8/1/2022 (transactions per quarter)
Standard (3.0%): up to 100 transactions
Silver (3.5%): 100-499 transactions
Gold (4.0%): >500 transactions
The commission is calculated on the commissionable book sum and amounts to a maximum of € 150 per transaction.
Use of brand name:
Cookie dropping due to excessive use of brand name is not allowed. A maximum of 1 URL is allowed per site. Media with multiple keyword + VakantieDiscounter brand name combinations are not allowed. Affiliate links from pages that are focused on the brand name must be distinctive from the other pages by means of click referer and are excluded from transactions.
Not allowed:
Keyword marketing, Cashback sites, Get-paid-to sites, Coupon & Discount code sites, Infrastructure and/or scraping of the VakantieDiscounter website, Typosquatting, Review & Experience sites
Sponsored advertisements from social media (eg facebook/instagram) with direct links to the VakantieDiscounter are not allowed.
Direct links in non-sponsored/organic messages on our own social media pages are only allowed if the message clearly states that a link is made to a page on the VakantieDiscounter website.

Approval of transactions:
Dé VakantieDiscounter attaches great importance to the affiliate channel in its online media mix. In principle, transactions are therefore only rejected in the event of incorrect and/or double registrations, cancellations or in the event of exceeding the program conditions.
Deduplication takes place on the basis of last click counts against paid non-branded marketing campaigns, so not against branded SEA campaigns, SEO or direct traffic. In order to still reward the affiliate for the contribution to these deduplicated bookings, these bookings will not be rejected in their entirety. The relevant bookings will be adjusted to 25% of the commission value. In practice, this results in very few rejects and a higher average ecpc. The 25% deduplication fee does not apply in the months of July and August due to the intensive search behavior and high search volume.
What is affiliate marketing?
Do you have a website or other medium with which you want to promote the De Vakantiediscounter.be affiliate program? You can! The first thing you have to do is sign up with Daisycon. After you have been admitted to Daisycon and the campaign, you will have access to the banners and the link material. Place these links or banners on your website. For every visitor you forward that makes a transaction, you will receive a nice fee. This is called affiliate marketing.
