Email is allowed but under certain conditions:
Mailings are sent in the name of the publishers and not in the name of PharmaMarket
There must be an unsubscribe option
All mailings sent must be approved in advance by the advertiser

Commissions
PharmaMarket will remunerate the affiliate based on a percentage of the order value (excluding VAT). Different commissions are given at product level. Categories low, medium, high CPS are respectively 1, 2 and 4% CPS.

Sales generated by discount code publishers without an active code in the checkout, and having a click to sale time of less than 30 min, will be rejected.

Only affiliate discount codes may be promoted within the affiliate channel. Commission is not paid for non-affiliate codes.

Sub-networks are only eligible for commissions if they can provide the URLs of sub-affiliates that:
- have access to the PharmaMarket tracking
- send traffic
- send conversions
