Fuelyourbody is the rapidly growing brand that offers meals and other nutrition aimed at athletes. To better support the athletes in achieving their goals, Fuelyourbody also offers an App with an online coaching program. In the App itself there are thousands of example exercises to do and you can also track your own progress. On top of that, after an extensive intake interview, the online coach will draw up an extensive nutrition and sports plan with you. Then you can always keep asking questions to your coach to keep taking the next steps.
