Two Different Loans

Freo keeps things simple. Customers can choose from two types of loans: a Personal Loan or a Revolving Credit. These loans are taken directly with us, without any intermediaries. This makes borrowing with Freo simple, transparent, reliable, and cost-effective. We have been in the top 3 of the lowest interest rates for years!

Rules

• Freo must only be promoted with a warning message (borrowing money costs money) and no "prohibited words"


• Publishers declare they will only use the material provided by Freo (including communication materials, banners, video content, etc.) and links


• Publishers must submit any other materials (including textual expressions) for approval to Freo


• Publishers are not allowed to promote through direct linking or branded bidding unless Freo has granted prior written consent


• Publishers may use email marketing only after prior written approval from Freo (via the Daisycon email approval tool)


• Promotion via social media channels is not allowed

Conditions for Affiliate Program Transaction Registration with Freo

Freo has certain characteristics and acceptance conditions that must be met before a transaction can be registered.

A visitor is assessed based on the following points before their application is completed and the transaction is registered:

• BKR Record - A check is performed with the Bureau Credit Registration (BKR) for every application. Any negative records will result in rejection.


• Customer Evaluation - Freo looks at personal details such as employment, living situation, and borrowing history.


• Borrowing Capacity - We assess whether the visitor’s income is sufficient to cover their fixed costs and loan repayments.


• Loan Purpose - The purpose for which the visitor wants to borrow money does not align with Freo's policy.

A visitor will qualify for a loan from Freo if:

• they have a valid ID;


• they live and work in the Netherlands;


• they hold Dutch nationality;


• they do not hold Dutch nationality but have a permanent residency permit;


• they have an IBAN in their name from a bank in the Netherlands;


• they are 18 years or older but not older than 69.5 years if applying for Revolving Credit. For a Personal Loan, they must be 18 or older but not older than 74 years;


• they have a regular income (e.g., salary or pension, but not student financing);


• they and any co-borrower reside at the same address;


• they have an email address and (mobile) phone number;


• they do not have more than €100,000 in outstanding consumer
