Daisycon continues to strengthen its international ambitions with the acquisition of Affiliprint, the leading insert network originating from Germany. By further expanding the existing strategic cooperation, both parties are better able to offer the unique combination of online and offline affiliate marketing to customers on the Dutch, German, Belgian and French markets. For Daisycon this is the next step in its growth strategy, after the 2014 acquisition of Belgian Adforce as well as opening a new office in Mechelen, Belgium.
The acquisition offers both parties numerous advantages. Daisycon expands its existing presence and reach in Germany while Affiliprint expects to get off to a flying start in Belgium. Sharing IT, administrative and other overhead boasts both synergy and cost benefits.
Although the acquisition broadens the Daisycon portfolio in services in the field of performance marketing, both companies will continue to operate independently and under their own name.
Marko Dobroschelski, CEO Daisycon:
“The past two years have proven that there is synergy between the online services of Daisycon and offline activities of Affiliprint. The ability to incorporate Affiliprint within the Daisycon family strengthens our collective growth and international ambitions, and is also a strong cross-media competitive advantage. “
Ron Thomassen, Managing Director Affiliprint:
“Within the Daisycon organisation a lot of know-how is present, which on both the short and long term offers added value for the further growth of Affiliprint as a platform. The renowned partners that we bring to the table in turn, can now benefit from online and offline services under one roof. I look forward to our shared future.”
