  Purchasing keywords in search engines and other advertising networks is only permitted:
  
  a. When linking from the advertisement to its own website / intermediate page (no automatic interstitial or automatic linking).
  b. If the required negative keywords are entered to exclude the situations below.
  
  Not allowed:
  a. Bidding on advertiser brand names or related terms / misspellings thereof (for example Ox-xio, Oxio, Oxxioo, etc).
  b. If keyword buying is used, the correct negative keywords must be entered. It is not permitted that advertisements of affiliates are displayed on search terms that contain Advertiser’s trademarks (for example: no advertisements of affiliates on Oxxio discount code, Oxxio energy, etc.).
  c. This concerns the exact brand, misspelling forms (eg Oxxioo) and brand names in combination with other words (eg Oxxio discount code).
  d. Use of advertiser's brand names, misspellings or related terms in the domain or subdomain (Oxxio.mijndomein.nl is not allowed, mijndomein.nl/Oxxio is allowed).
  
  Typo / Misspelling domain names
  Not allowed:
  a. Registering domain names that resemble, are related to or are a misspelling of the Oxxio brand, for example www.Oxxioo.nl.
  b. Registering domain names that resemble, are related to or are a misspelling of Oxxio's products and services, for example www.Oxxio-energie.nl.
  c. Use of subdomains that are similar to, related to, or misspelling from, the Oxxio brand or products. For example www.Oxxio.mijndomein.nl or www.Oxxio-toon.mijndomein.nl.
  
  Allowed:
  a. Using directories (MijnDomein.nl/Directory) that contain the Oxxio brand or Oxxio products and services, provided that this is the correct spelling. For example www.mijndomein.nl/Oxxio-energie

  Sending commercial expressions from Daisycon is only permitted if the publisher is demonstrably compliant in accordance with Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act, the guidelines of the ACM and the rules of conduct of Daisycon. The Daisycon Code of Conduct must be signed and in the possession of Daisycon Benelux so that they are transferable at all times at the request of the ACM.
  Previews must be submitted for approval via Daisycon
  When submitting a preview, the publisher indicates that they agree with Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act and that prior permission has been obtained from all e-mail recipients.
  The advertisement may only be sent once the advertiser has approved the preview and sending.
  The publisher himself is responsible for any consequences that are imposed if one has been guilty of sending spam or sending a commercial expression without the consent of the advertiser.
  If a mailing has been sent without approval from Daisycon / Oxxio, the sales that have been set for this relevant mailing will be rejected.
  Mail parties: Only email addresses that have been obtained via an opt-in and that have been compliant with ACM (OPTA) regulation may be used.
  In addition to the fact that all statements must be submitted to the advertiser / account manager for approval in advance, the statements must include the date of dispatch, the number of addresses, the sender and the subject line. Approval must be requested for each resend. If this is not the case, the advertiser has the option to reject the resulting sales and therefore not to reimburse.

  Cashback websites and savings/loyalty programs are permitted within the Oxxio affiliate program.
  
  Invalid cookie methods
  Direct linking through pop-ups, pop-unders, etc. is not permitted. Other forms of "cookie dropping" are also not permitted. It is also not allowed to use applications or toolbars in promotions, whether or not to influence the last cookie and to send traffic that comes from any form of software, adware, spyware and / or malware.

  Indicate that Oxxio is not the owner of the account and is not responsible for the information on the relevant page
  
  Not allowed:
  a. Affiliates are not allowed to present themselves as an official representation of advertisers in their promotion via social media.
  b. Affiliates who use their promotional activities via social media such as Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook or Instagram may not register usernames that contain the advertiser's trademarks without prior written permission.
  c. It is not permitted to use offline marketing activities or press releases in the name of the Advertiser without prior written permission.
  d. Use of logos or trademark material in account / profile on social media sites is not permitted.
  e. The Oxxio website may not be loaded into an iframe within social media apps, pages or profiles.
  
  Allowed:
  a. Publishers may only promote on social media under their own name, Oxxio's brand name, links and banners may only be used to send traffic to their own site. An exception to this is if the publisher registers the relevant social media channel as a separate publisher medium.
  b. Refer to Oxxio's official accounts to increase customer relevance
